About me

Hello and welcome to my website. I am Monika an Integrative counsellor with a strong inclination to Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytical modalities. The Integrative modality combines different forms of psychotherapy tailored to your individual needs,

including emotional, cognitive, and relational aspects, it provides a structured yet flexible approach.

I have experience working with adults from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. I facilitate a safe, nurturing and supporting space for you to talk about your needs, whereby deep conversations can open a wider awareness of your unconscious self, everyone is unique. Sometimes therapy incurs difficult conversations such as childhood adversities, unhelpful personal beliefs systems, loss, relationships, work, those experiences that may impact your daily life, happiness, and health.

Accessing the emotional side takes courage, to share those negative emotions such as shame, fear, guilt, boredom, rage, grief,  hopelessness, loneliness, abandonment is to share vulnerability is something rare and an invaluable, is a form of bravery and inner strength.

The moment we can build boundaries and say “Yes” and “No” is reaching freedom. I love to help people be able to more fully, feel and express and live in full their emotional truths. One step at time.

I am an Associate Counsellor at The Echo Society an organisation that support individuals who suffered Narcissistic abuse. I welcome Gender, Sexual and Relationship Diversity. I work remotely with both Couples and Individuals.
