Individual Counselling
I provide you with support with personal challenges such as relationship issues, anger management, loss, ADHD characteristics, communication issues with family or work, personal boundaries, and self-esteem. We will work at your own pace in a confidential space.
Accessing the emotional side takes courage; to share negative emotions such as guilt, boredom, rage, grief, loneliness, and abandonment is to be vulnerable is something rare and invaluable, a form of inner strength. Self-understanding is how you connect your past from memory with your present experience, the "mental time travel" it's a mindsight tool.
I am Trauma-Informed, Attachment Styles informed, Online and Telephone Counselling, MNCPS Accredited ICO registered DBS vetted. ​
