Supervision

 

Thank you for choosing me as your Supervisor.

 

I work with individuals and couples; my approach is Integrative, my core is person-centred, with an inclination to psychodynamic, psychoanalytical intervention.

 

I qualified as a Clinical Supervisor " Seven Eyed Model" by Peter Hawkins and Robert Shohet. As your Supervisor, I enable the shift between theoretical concepts and awareness. I use directiveness, I can be brutally honest and a bit sweary but only in context, of course; I use creativity, I will challenge and support you in your clinical journey, I offer a sense of humour and motivation, whilst developing a relationship of respectful, personal and professional growth, trust and safety, I believe in human connections and this is at the foundation of my work.

 

Supervision offers an “understanding of professional transformational learning” achieved using contracting and structure, which involves regular meetings, feedback, and reflection on the supervisee's clinical practice.

 

I offer mandatory Counselling and Supervision to students and qualified Therapists. I oversee my supervisees' ethical work in an online environment, utilising theory within an ethical and legal framework, and creating a reflective space for their personal and professional growth. I also support self-awareness and self-care in supervision.
